ROB LOWE's wife SHERYL has been accused of making racist and obscene comments to the family's former nanny about her black boyfriend's penis.
Laura Boyce filed a lawsuit on Wednesday (30Apr08) accusing Sheryl of sexual harassment and wrongful termination, insisting she created an "extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment ... behaving in a ... perverted, disgusting and crude manner".
On Thursday (01May08) details of the lawsuit emerged.
Boyce claims an enraged Sheryl screamed at her that she "got strep throat from sucking n**ger d**k. I mean black d**k".
She further claims Sheryl used to constantly ask Boyce about the size of her boyfriend - reportedly NBA star Dale Davis' - penis and would often walk around the house naked.
The lawsuit also alleges Sheryl once told Boyce "her husband's (Rob) cockrings were broken", spoke about the couple's sex life and talked openly about the size of her children's penises.
Boyce is the second nanny to launch legal action against the family.
Former childminder Jessica Gibson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Rob Lowe last month (Apr08), alleging he touched her inappropriately on several occasions between September 2005 and January 2008.
Lowe's attorney Larry Stein has slammed the new allegations, accusing Boyce's lawyer Gloria Allred - who also represents Gibson - of "dragging (Lowe's) wife and children into the fray".
He says, "In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred's client, Gibson, has universally received.
"Although framed as a sexual harassment claim against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the cross-complaint alleges only words by Sheryl and never mentions any words or conduct by Rob whatsoever. The alleged statements by Sheryl are totally unrelated to, and do not provide any support for, Gibson's claim against Rob."
